Diagnosis before any repair
There are six common ways water gets into a basement. We check for all of them, inside and outside, before recommending anything.

The quote states the walls or fixtures treated, the method, the materials, what is removed and put back, the duration and the price.

Interior and exterior systems, crack injection, sump pumps, backwater valves and weeping tile — so the recommendation is not limited to one method.
The cheap fix, when it is enough
Some wet basements are cured by cleaning an eavestrough, extending a downspout or regrading a flower bed. When that is the case, the assessment says so.
Subsidy paperwork
For backwater valves and sump pumps, the invoice is itemized the way the City of Toronto’s application requires.

Our work is residential: detached and semi-detached houses, bungalows, duplexes and small multiplexes.
Why Etobicoke
A large stock of houses at the age when drains fail
Much of Etobicoke was built between the late 1940s and the 1960s. Foundation drains from that period are clay tile, which silts up and breaks over sixty to seventy years. Add mature street trees, settled grading and more intense summer storms, and basements that were dry for decades start to leak.
