What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the issue you select and your message. The form also records which page it was sent from.
What we use it for
To call or write back about your request, to arrange an assessment and to prepare a quote. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Spam protection
The form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Requests that lead to work are kept with the job records for as long as tax and warranty obligations require. Other requests are deleted once they are no longer needed to answer you.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form to make the request.
